Top Ten Tuesday: Favourite OTPs

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. How it works is that each Tuesday the host assigns a topic and then posts their top ten list that fits the topic. Every blogger can create their own top ten (or 2, 5, 20, etc.) list as well and link to the host’s. There is no set topic for February 13th, 2018, as it is a ‘Love freebie’, so I’ve chosen to go with: My Favourite OTPs. Since pictures are the equivalent of a thousand words, I’m just going to post some fan art (where available) of the fictional couples I ship.

I wanted to include a variety of couples in this post, but I see an obvious lack of fan art for diverse couples in literature, so this is just a list of those I could find easily. Who is your favourite fictional OTP? Do you like to read more romances around this time of the year? Let me know in the comments section below.

    1. I actually don’t like it when romance takes over the entire plot, so my OTPs are bound to be ‘not mainstream’. I’m so glad you liked it! Your enthusiasm is super infectious, I’m actually grinning like an idiot as I compose my reply. 😁 The romance in The Night Circus was superbly done with the perfect amount of ‘will they/won’t they’ and it was so different from the typical romances. It broke my heart! 💔

  1. Love so many among the list but I’m so glad to see Elinor and Edward on it… Sense and Sensibility was my favorite before I even read P&P, so this made me very happy 😊😊😊
